sacai + Menchirashi
In October 2023, our friends from sacai and Menchirashi came from Tokyo to Hong Kong for a pop-up at BaseHall. We had the honour of making a special chicken udon bowl for their menu, including their signature carbonara udon, and a collaboration with Nigo’s CURRY UP.
